Configuration Manager (CMDB)
Our client is global company in the Travel/Hospitality sector industry. You will collaborate with an international IT operations team, contributing to the development and management of CMDB and cloud systems while gaining valuable global experience and professional growth.
The role:

Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB across both data center and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).

Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and effective use of CMDB following ITIL practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to collect, validate, and improve configuration data quality and reporting.
About you:

Proven experience as a Configuration Manager or CMDB Administrator with strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and related tools.

Understanding of ITIL v3/v4 principles, especially Configuration and Change Management.

Hands-on experience managing configuration items in hybrid infrastructures (cloud and data centers).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to data accuracy.

Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow CMDB Implementation Specialist or ITIL Foundation are preferred.
